This year, students will be given their own piece of technology. That is great news! With that technology, students can read, use programs that read with or to them, and use programs that have videos to coach with learning. That being said, the learning environment can be optimized by providing students with the opportunity to utilize headphones to enhance the independent learning experience. Currently, I have enough headphones for a small group. Having a class set would support all students use of technology as a learning tool without restraint. Thank you for considering my project and my second grade learners!
