Innovative Technology for Culinary Arts Class

As technology changes so does the curriculum for CTE classes. New designs and trends for the culinary industry are ever changing and with the help from the MSGCU grant, the Clintondale Culinary Arts program would like to purchase some new equipment out of the scoop of our budget. The culinary students are interested in developing new sorbet and ice cream flavors along with learning new dessert decorating techniques. We would like to purchase a commercial food grade ice cream maker and a dessert air gun sprayer.
